All our experiences – large and small – are opportunities to learn. Our challenge is to examine each experience and see what we can learn from it. As indicated before nothing happens by chance. We ask through our higher selves, for all these experiences. Many of these experiences are signposts or messages that can help us find meaning. We just need to be vigilant in looking for the messages and take the time to find the meaning when we get the message.

So when the car goes out of control on a slippery road, what can we learn from this? The car is an extension of ourselves. So when our car slips out of control it was symbolic of not being on track.

When the washing machine overflows, what can we learn from this? Water represents emotions. So when water is spilt it indicates emotions overflowing. A spill like a washing machine overflowing indicated to me a major emotional issue needed looking at.
Since I started looking for messages I have received many of thousands of them, in my e-book I presented many of them and my interpretation of them.
When we use these messages effectively, we are able to learn a lot about ourselves. Armed with this knowledge we are then able to embark on the journey of change- changing ourselves. As I already said in my book we cannot expect other to change
If we want a better life, we have to take the first steps and commence the process of self-Evaluation and change.
